I started playing dodgeball in 2019 on a whim, not expecting to be running one of the leagues in town and traveling all over the world to play. From Canada and Mexico to Australia, and soon New Zealand, dodgeball has introduced me to some of the most competitive and welcoming players out there.

In 2022, I co-founded this local league with my friend, Daniel Lewkow, to offer a more competitive space for players in Portland. What started as a group of friends, now brings together over 200 players to multiple tournaments each year, drawing participants from across Portland, Eugene, Seattle, Vancouver BC, and Denver.

What began as a whim has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life.

I’ve been playing dodgeball since 2014, starting out in Arizona with Phoenix Dodgeball and Cactus Dodgeball. What began as a struggle to stay on the court turned into a passion that’s taken me across the country, competing in USA Dodgeball and Elite tournaments alongside some of the best players in the game.
Now based in Portland, I stay active in multiple leagues and continue to grow both as a player and as part of this incredible community. For me, dodgeball has never just been about wins—it's been about showing up, getting better, and making lifelong friends along the way.
Off the court, I’m a full-time elementary school teacher and proud mom. Whether I’m wrangling kids or dodging balls, I give it everything I’ve got.
